BRIEF HISTORY

St. Anthony Church was first established in a rented hall in Langhorne Street, Dandenong in 1976 and after much searching, re-established when the congregation purchased an Anglican Church in Oakleigh in May 1980. His Grace Bishop Suriel was enthroned at this church as the first Bishop of Melbourne on 4 December 1999.
