- The department of Finance is responsible for maintaining the material well being
of the diocese.
- It is responsible for overseeing all financial matters including payroll, invoicing,
setting budgets for the diocese, paying bills, dealing with the bank for loans,
approving all diocese and parish projects.
- Responsible for auditing each parish and institution within the diocese.
- Fundraising Committee is a sub role of the financial committee.
- To guarantee the integrity of financial information and develop systems to further
develop the financial systems of the Diocese.
- To oversee and maintain a unified system for treasurers at parish and institution
levels
