18. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

- The IT department is responsible for all computer operations and
systems within the Diocese HQ’s.
- The IT department will be responsible for:
- Setting up a Diocese Database
- Timely and accurate updating of the Diocese Database
- Overall maintenance of the Diocese Database
- Training of Clergy and Laity in the use and maintaining of department
/ parish / institution computers
- Provide support to servants in utilization, access and training using
diversified delivery modes to their relevant services
- Provide the Clergy with computer training
