22. RECREATIONAL & SPECIAL EVENTS

- The fundamental reason this department exists is to coordinate,
manage and organize all major diocese events.
- The department will be responsible for the organization and
supervision of events such as Dinners, Conventions, fund raising
events, PR, conferences, lectures and any other event required
by the diocese.
- They will be responsible for the smooth operation of assigned
events, from beginning of planning stages, pulling together all
event details for successful execution, through actual event
completion with the assistance of various relevant departments
within the diocese.
