25. STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM
* Orthodox Stewardship is the offering of time, talents and treasures to the
glory of God under the guidance of the Bishop.
* The department will be responsible for the running and implementing of the
Stewardship program within the diocese.
* Providing young graduates with the opportunity to serve on a full time basis
in any area of the Diocese structure and within the parishes and institutions
for a period of time within the diocese while maintaining the development of
their spiritual life.
* A stewardship would be an intentional, planned and proportionate giving of
time, talent and service. This presents a unique opportunity to harness the
involvement of a range of youth with talents in various areas, as well as
develop the service of the diocese.
* Objectives of program
- Goal 1: to encourage youth to uphold Christian principles by faith and works
- Goal 2: to encourage youth to support church activities spiritually and by
assisting.
- Goal 3: to encourage hospitality, commitment, loving ones neighbor, leadership, organization, inclusion and peace amid the youth.
- Goal 4: to encourage the spirituality of youth through training, education,
communication, and printed materials which emphasize the gifts of time, talent,
and service.
- Goal 5: to develop, foster, and sustain the spirituality, understanding, and
practice of service in each local church and in the diocese.

Plan a spiritual roster for these volunteers to follow
