8. WOMEN’S MINISTRY & CARE

* This department will focus on women’s ministry and care within the diocese
giving particular attention to the following areas:
  - The establishment of a house for consecrated deaconess
  - Establishment of a convent
  - Support program for Tasouni’s
  - Devise retreats and conventions for women
  - Career seminars for women
  - Support programs for family issues & care for kids
  - To provide social programs and vocational programs.
  - To allow women to interact between each other in a safe environment,
which will enhance self confidence and belief.
  - Self esteem programs.
  - Women only spiritual topics, and hymn training, and rites of the church.
