“THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO GET ANYBODY TO DO ANYTHING.

AND THAT IS BY MAKING THE OTHER PERSON WANT TO DO IT”

WE NEED TO REMEMBER, YOUTH DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO CHURCH

AND SERVE… THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO - WE MUST ENSURE IT IS ALWAYS

A

PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE

“THE GREATEST ASSET YOU CAN POSSESS & THE WAY TO DEVELOP THE

BEST THAT IS IN A PERSON IS BY APPRECIATION AND

ENCOURAGEMENT. THERE

IS NOTHING ELSE THAT KILLS THE AMBITIONS OF A PERSON AS

CRITICISM

FROM SUPERIORS. NEVER CRITICIZE ANYONE.

ALWAYS GIVE A PERSON INCENTIVE TO WORK”
